What qualifies as faulty?
- Faulty stitching, noticeable manufacturing defects, or incorrect item received.
What does not qualify:
- Slight variation in colour, loose threads, beads, or minor size deviations due to tailoring.
Steps for Faulty Item Returns:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order number.
- If approved, the item must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage.
- Once received and inspected, a refund (item price only) will be processed within 7 working days.
We are not liable for damages caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling.
